STEP THREE — Reviewing the Items
The collection of items will be reviewed and organized to be:
- DIGITAL FILES: These will be placed into respective folders
- TWO-DIMENSIONAL PIECES: These will be scanned or photographed, then laced in respective digital folders.
- THREE-DIMENSIONAL PIECES: these will be photographed
Most collections of scans or photographs is included; but large collections or unusual pieces will be discussed if additional charges would apply.
Establishing a Time Line
When the media, pictures are put into digital format – the next stage is organizing the time line. Placing files into Premier Pro – video editing program begins. this process is important to stage properly, so organization is important. Questions will likely rise from both all involved. This is a normal and a natural part of the process – that said, organization will minimize things in the wrong order.
Review and Assembly
This is an exciting middle stage of the process
- The story starts to fall onto the time line according to objectives
- Images and graphics start to shape the documentary
- The agreed duration starts to fill in
It is often clear at this stage if more items in an area may be needed.
